"Middle of Winter and the heater went out on my 2008 Ford Explorer and no matter who I called everyone was about 2 weeks out just to check my car. Then I read the reviews on Nick's Garage and I took a chance and booked an appt. To be honest I was a little sceptical but after talking to him he assured me that he would do everything he could to get me back on the road again as soon as possible. Even though he was extremely busy he found the time to diagnose and fix the problem and in the process he kept me informed on all the work he was doing and calling me to authorize any additional work that needed to be done. It's not always easy to find a good mechanic and even harder to find a good and honest mechanic. I'm relieved to finally have found both. Cheers, Nick. And Happy Holidays. Raul"
