"Incredible customer service. I came in during a busy time and watched the owner handle all calls and customers with speed and detailed information about their vehicles situation and best options. You could tell by the different answers he was giving to customers depending on the issue their vehicle was having that not only was his working knowledge of all things Ford beyond extensive but he also had their best interests at heart. A lady who was waiting told me she had been coming here for years at wich point part of me silently feared the extent of this customer service maybe reserved for long-term customers, not so. I was up and explained my service engine light was on but my obdii was not reading so I had no idea how bad of a code I was getting and up to this point I couldn't find a fuse or broken wires to get the info. He said pull it up front and I'll help you as soon as I can. He got the obdii working told me the extent of the code so I could setup a follow up appointment and know the risks I'd be taking by using the vehicle. I came in at a time when the place was slammed and walked away incredibly impressed by the customer service I received and the service that the customer before me received as well. For reference I think this is the second review I have ever left on Google and the first was for ricco's Pizza because I have been going there for thirty years. Each interaction TSC has been above and beyond, greatly appreciated."

"I had TSC do a tune up on my Gerty, Ford Expo, about a year ago. They did a great job, fair priced, and gave me a complete estimate before starting the work. I recently took my kids to South Dakota and when we got back Gerty wasn't quite running right. I took her in, they checked her out, and found nothing wrong. TSC didn't charge me or find unnecessary fixes. As a single mom it is a relief to find a good honest mechanic. Highly recommended them."

"I like to work on my own cars, but I am not a professional. Sometimes I get stuck. Nick gave me some diagnostics over the phone today. He sounded busy but made time to point me in the right direction. He gave me a few things to try before I bring the truck in to have him look at it. I really felt like he wanted to help me get the car running. I could tell he doesn't need to rip people off to make a living."

"I am very skeptical of mechanics. I chose TCS because of their great reviews here. I had intermittent front end noise on my 2012 F150. Nick was very knowledgable and called when he had the front end opened up, he said that nothing looked too warn there and he didn't want to replace something he didn't need to. He gave me a clear options and pricing to try to eliminate the noise. In the end, replacing the solenoid has resolved this issue. I spent less then I had anticipated and now have a mechanic for my Ford that I know and trust. I would absolutely recommend TCS to anyone for their honesty and integrity."
