"I took my 2006 Ford Freestyle here a couple of months ago for a few repairs including the alternator. Last week the battery light came on and eventually had to have it towed in due to the battery being drained completely. The battery was recharged and everything seemed to work fine. Nick went above and beyond to find out why it did what it did. He found the issue to be a faulty regulator inside the alternator. Since it was still under warranty, it was replaced. I really love this shop and will keep on taking my ford here if I ever have any more issues! Thanks guys!!"

"3x repeat customer at TSC since acquired 2002 Ford Taurus in Jan2015 with 221,000 miles! After visiting 3 other mechanics for evaluation of vehicle condition found Nick and his crew at TSC in June...thankfully! Have always appreciated their honest feedback about repair options, ideas to juggle priorities and most importantly...repair work done correctly! Recent experience a few days ago involved my heating/defrost...air vents not blowing...repair was easy and convenient...dropped off-after hours by slotting key and instructions in envelope thru side garage door...call from Nick next day about repairs needed and picked up the following day..again after hrs...able to pay over fone so in and out on my schedule! Front heat and defrost working fabulous...will be toasty warm and safe for the winter months ahead! Rear defrost different story...will be in touch about soon...thank you Nick and Crew! Barbara"

"Mr Furley, in response to your review posted last week. It seems there is some misconception or confusion about the diagnosis on your pickup truck. When we scanned your truck with the Ford IDS Diagnostic scan tool we noticed that 2 of your 8 injectors were completely failed. The other 6 injectors showed weak on the "injector electrical self test" and 4 of the 8 injectors showed a soft fault code on the electrical self test portion. We did recommend that all 8 injectors be replaced based on the diagnostic results (2 failed and 6 in poor condition) along with your truck's age and mileage. Also stated on your repair order: it was "possible" that the valve cover gaskets and internal wiring looms needed to be replaced. The only way to know if those components have failed is to take the valve covers off. Also noted on the repair order: all 8 glow plugs tested in good condition. TSC did not recommend replacement of all of the parts/components you said we did. We try to give our customers all the information we can, and their options, so they can make an informed decision on the work to be done. I apologize for any misunderstanding about our diagnosis, or any communication issues when you picked up your truck."

"AWESOME!! SUPER FRIENDLY! GREAT SERVICE! TSC Ford Specialists were fantastic!! Excellent customer service and very friendly! They did not take advantage of me like most places try to, extremely helpful and experts in repair! We were driving from CA to OH and on day 2 going up the mountains in CO my V6 F150 almost broke down, then hours later it smelled like something was burning (the engine was maxed out). We went to 3 Ford dealerships the next day at 8am and no one could look at the truck until noon or later, and we were on a very tight deadline to get to OH. We called TSC and they said bring it right over, they put my truck at the front of the line and had 4 guys working on it within 5 min of me getting there. They looked over everything for about 45 min, checked and tested everything! They determined probable causes of the burning smell we were smelling after the mountain and decided it wasnt likely anything that would happen again. They made me feel comfortable and confident about continuing across the country! And the truck made it all the way to OH no problems! Even better I walked out of there (an hour later and 4 guys working on my truck and checking everything on it, for just a diagnostic check/inspection fee)!!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!"
