"TSC Ford Specialist have gone above and beyond in assisting me with the issues surrounding my Ford F-150 3.5L V6 Ecoboost. To sum up a long story I purchased a used lemon from a dealership, everything from wheel balance issues to turbocharger/intercooler replacement and now transmission issues. Nick and Wayne have been outstanding in explaining the issues and working to resolve them and ensure that no other issues arise."

"Called these guys to ask about a second opinion on my truck. Told them the issue, told them what the other shop told me and the awesome guy on phone was extremely honest with me, straight forward. Told me that he would probably give the same diagnoses, he didn't want me to waste my money on another tow and diagnostic fee. He could of talked me into getting my business and money but instead he was honest, straight forward and that is rare these days. I would recommend these guys just for there company morals on offering honest work and services."

"I should have done this months ago. Bought a very clean f250 and within 30 days of owning it had major issues. Came across nick through a online search and brought my truck in. She was very very sick. Lets say your typical 6.0 diesel your hosed sick. Nick was awesome and took hours of time walking me through things and what the causes were. I called him the day before my almost complete engine rebuild was done and informed him when i picked it up i was going on a 2600 mile round trip. He had 100% confidence in his guys work. When i returned he even asked me to come in for a oil change and fluid flush to ensure nothing happened while driving. At zero cost. I now have driven the truck for 22,000 miles after tsc pulling the motor out and installing new heads along with many other items. Literally zero issues with the truck. I have pulled 10,000 pound loads numerous times since the repair and it doesnt slow down a bit. Extremely grateful that a horrible and expensive breakdown turned out this way! Thank you"

"I took my 2008 Ford Mustang here after taking it to the dealership and to another shop, and being completely dissapointed. These other shops wasted my money throwing parts at a problem they could not properly diagnose, and let me tell you they were not even close to the problem. Nick of TSC knows how to diagnose, and how to truly repair a problem. He found the issue extraordinarily quickly as well, a bad cable, and repaired it with minimal cost. This guy knows Fords like the back of his own hand, I spoke to him for about an hour over a few problems and Nick helped me immensely. A week later and my car is running like new, a feeling I have not had for over a year. I will only be seeing TSC for my Ford vehicles from now on. Nick earned a customer for life, and I could not be happier with the results that no one else was able to fix! Thank you for running your business with high standards and incredible customer service in a city full of mediocre options."

"Nick and his team are the best at what they do. They're not just there to make money, they care about the quality of service you receive. Nick took the time to explain they why's and how's of what needed to be done and suggested we take baby steps to find the problem, not just one giant expensive step. He took the time to talk about other areas of the truck that I can do myself that would benefit me in the long run. Thank you Nick."
